Unauthorized access is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using either Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Information We Collect<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>PPHI applications collect different data types depending on their function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A. Staff Attendance App (Staff Data Only)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This app may collect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Personal Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CNIC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff ID or facility assignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Location Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Precise GPS location<\/strong> for attendance check-in\/check-out<br>(OPD\/EMR app does <strong>not<\/strong> collect location.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Photos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Selfie\/photo at check-in or check-out<\/strong> for identity verification<br>(OPD\/EMR app does <strong>not<\/strong> capture photos.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Device and Log Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Device type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IP address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnostic logs (for errors)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">**B. OPD \/ EMR App<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>(Patient Data \u2013 No GPS, No Photos)**<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This app collects patient information during in-person visits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Patient Demographic Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relation (Father\/Husband\/Guardian)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CNIC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional demographic fields required by PPHI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Medical \/ Clinical Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Collected during OPD, ANC, PNC, and Labor Room visits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Symptoms and clinical notes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vital signs and examination details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnostic findings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treatment plans and follow-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prescribed medicines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visit history and care episodes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Operational Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Staff providing the care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facility and service point identifiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record timestamps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No multimedia or location data is collected by the OPD app.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Permissions Used<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Attendance App<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location (Fine\/Coarse):<\/strong> For GPS attendance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Camera:<\/strong> For capturing staff images<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Storage:<\/strong> For storing configuration data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Network \/ Internet:<\/strong> Syncing attendance data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone State (Android):<\/strong> App functionality on Android devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OPD \/ EMR App<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Internet access:<\/strong> Syncing medical records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Network status:<\/strong> To ensure stable data transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No location or camera access is used by the OPD\/EMR app.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Disclosure of Data<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Data may be shared only when necessary to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comply with legal obligations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate misuse of the app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect the rights, property, or safety of PPHI Balochistan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support internal audits or program monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide system maintenance via trusted third-party service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We do not sell, trade, or use personal or medical data for any commercial, marketing, or tracking purposes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Data Security<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>PPHI Balochistan uses industry-standard security controls to safeguard both <strong>staff data<\/strong> and <strong>patient medical records<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encrypted data transmission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure server storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access restricted to authorized personnel only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audit trails for system use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite best practices, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Data Retention<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attendance records and photos are retained as required for internal HR and audit policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patient medical records are retained to support continuity of care and public health reporting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Records are deleted or archived in accordance with PPHI\u2019s data retention policies and legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Children\u2019s Privacy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The apps are <strong>not intended for use by individuals under 18<\/strong>, except when patient data is recorded by authorized PPHI staff during clinical services.<br>Children cannot independently access the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Links to External Sites<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Some features may link to external web resources. These sites are not operated by PPHI.
