Delete your Sehat Dehleez account

This cannot be undone. You will lose access to your health card, your prescriptions and your consultation history.
THE QUICKEST WAY: DELETE IT IN THE APP
If you still have Sehat Dehleez installed:
1. Open the Sehat Dehleez app
2. Tap the menu at the top right
3. Tap “Delete my account”
4. Enter your password and confirm
WHAT IS DELETED
– Your profile, health card and photograph
– Your login — you will not be able to sign in again
– Family members you added
– Health readings you recorded and lab reports you uploaded
– Notifications to your devices stop immediately
WHAT IS KEPT, AND WHY
Records of past consultations and the prescriptions a doctor wrote for you are retained, because health providers are required to keep medical records. They are no longer visible to you in the app, and they are never used for advertising or shared commercially.
REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT THE APP
Email privacy@pphib.org from any address, stating the mobile number you registered with. We may contact you on that number to confirm the request is genuine — this protects you from someone else deleting your record.
Please include:
– The mobile number you registered with, e.g. 03xxxxxxxxx
– Your full name, as it appears on your health card
– An email address or number we can reply to
We act on requests within 30 days and confirm by SMS or email when it is done.
Sehat Dehleez is a free public health service of the Government of Balochistan.
One thing to check: does privacy@pphib.org actually exist and get read? A reviewer may email it, and users certainly will. If nobody monitors it, tell me and we’ll use a working address instead.
