Provincial Minister for Health Bakht Kakar, along with Secretary Health Mujeeb ur Rehman, visited the Head Office of PPHI Balochistan. The visit focused on assessing ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening monitoring, governance, and accountability mechanisms within PPHI Balochistan.CEO PPHI Balochistan Dr. MB Raja Dharejo briefed the minister on key institutional reforms, particularly the digitization of operational systems. The briefing highlighted the launch of an integrated online application and recruitment portal to ensure transparency, efficiency, and merit-based human resource management. Progress on digital attendance systems, integrated monitoring tools, and data-driven performance management was also shared, aimed at improving service quality at BHUs across Balochistan. The Provincial Health Minister expressed satisfaction over improved healthcare services and appreciated the visible reforms achieved over the last 60–70 days under the current leadership. He commended PPHI Balochistan’s management for adopting modern, technology-driven solutions to strengthen governance and enhance public trust. The minister emphasized that such reforms are vital for ensuring equitable access to quality primary healthcare, especially in remote and underserved areas. Reaffirming the provincial government’s support, the minister directed officials to further strengthen digital oversight and field monitoring to sustain service excellence.
