Muneer Ahmed Badini
Taught for some time at Degree College, Quetta, as a Lecturer of Philosophy, in 1980. Joined Civil Service of Pakistan, where he has served in various posts including: Secretary of Fisheries Provincial Government of Balochistan 1994–1996 and from 1998–1999, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister of Balochistan 1997, Commissioner of Kalat Division 1997–1998, Secretary of Education Provincial Government of Balochistan 2002–2007 and 2011. He is recipient of literary awards, including the Pride of Performance, he primarily write in Balochi and English languages.
Roshan Khursheed Bharucha
Roshan Khursheed Bharucha is a Pakistani politician who served as the Federal Minister for Human Rights, Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, States and Frontier Regions, Railways and Postal Services in caretaker capacity. She holds a master’s degree in English from the University of Balochistan and a degree in Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Executives from PIMS Karachi in 1993. She has served as provincial minister of Balochistan between 2000 and 2002. She has also served as the member of Senate of Pakistan from 12 March 2003 to 11 March 2006. In 2007, she was made provincial minister of Balochistan for Social Welfare, Informal education, Human rights, Youth, Information, Population, Information Technology, Manpower training, Sports, Archives and Culture in the caretaker setup. In 2018, she was made Federal Minister for Human Rights, Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, States and Frontier Regions, Railways and Postal Services in a caretaker ministry. She is the only Parsi woman to hold federal ministries.
